في حلقتنا الأخيرة من برنامج خبز وملح . ذهبنا إلى بيت الحاجة فاتن عرداتي وكانت شقيقتها مهى عندها . فتناولنا الأحاديث الجميلة عن الأجواء الرمضانية القديمة . فكانت ذكريات مليئة بالشوق والحنين لتلك الأيام . فغصت القلوب من الشوق . فلا ننسى طبال الحي الذي كان يوقظ الناس بأسمائهم والسحور البسيط اللذيذ ( الزيتون والشاي ) والذي يتميز بالقناعة والجلسة العائلية الجميلة . وأما بالنسبة لطاعم الإفطار فكانت المغربية تزين المائدة والفتوش . وأما العصائر فكان أشهرها عصير الخرنوب والسوس . ولكن الذي يميز أول يوم من رمضان من حيث الطعام . كان الطرابلسيين، يزينون المائدة بالبياض ، فكل الأطباق في اليوم الأول تكون باللبن الرائب مثل الفتة والكبة بلبن . والكوسى بلبن ولا ننسى الشيشبرك. وهذا ما تذوقناه عند الحاجة فاتن . فهو عبارة عن عجين محشو باللحم الناعم والبصل والصنوبر. ويطبخ باللبن الراتب ويضاف عليه الكزبرة الخضراء المقلية مع الثوم . ويؤكل بجانبه الأرز المفلفل مع الشعيرية أو مدردرة الأرز والعدس والبصل المقلي والمعروفة عند أهل طرابلس بالمجدرة . فلا ننسى أن أهل طرابلس مشهورون بكرمهم. وحبهم للضيف وطبخهم اللذيذ . وهنا يسعدني أن أشكر الحاجة فاتن عرداتي وشقيقتها مهى على حسن الإستضافة وعلى الطعام اللذيذ وعلى كرمها اللطيف . وكل عام وأنت بألف خير

لقد كانت عزومة رائعة من السيدة جيهان والسيد محمد الكردي وهم من الجالية الكوردستانية خلال شهر رمضان المبارك ! الأجواء كانت مفعمة بالدفء والكرم، وشعرت وكأنني في بيتي وبين أهلي.حيث تكلمنا عن العادات الجميلة التي ما زالوا ملتزمين بها من الماضي حتى أيامنا هذه ,وأما الأطباق الكوردستانية التي تم تقديمها كانت لذيذة ومتنوعة، مما يعكس غنى وتنوع ثقافة الطهي في كردستان. لقد استمتعت كثيرًا بطبق الكفتة والتي هي عبارة عن لحم مفروم وأرز بداخله بصل وثوم وأوريغانو والتوابل الشهية، وأيضًا وتذوقنا شوربة الآش بالبقوليات واللبن. وكان هناك السلطة والمقبلات التي أضافت لمسة طازجة ومقرمشة إلى الوجبة. ولا يمكن أن ننسى الحلوى واشاي التي كانت بحق ختاماً رائعاً للوجبة. شكرًا للجالية الكوردستانية على دعوتهم الكريمة وعلى تقديم هذه الوجبة المميزة التي سمحت لنا بتذوق جزء من ثقافتهم الغنية وتقاليدهم الأصيلة

دعينا في الحلقة الثانية من خبز وملح إلى بيت السيدة سهيني بقى . وتعرفنا عن قرب عن عادات االأندنوسيين في رمضان والتي لها طابع يختلف عن بلاد الشرق الأوسط بعاداتهم ومذاق أطباقهم , وكما أن أندونيسيا تقع في جنوب شرق آسيا, فهي بلاد حارة رطبة . ففي رمضان تكون أطباقهم قليلة الدسم ولطيفة على المعدة مثل (الكولق أيوبي) وهو عبارة عن البطاطا الحلوة والنشاء والسكر , وسكر قصب السكر وحليب جوز الهند ويدخل فيه الملح . وأما بالنسبة للحساء , فهو عبار عن حساء بارد مؤلف من الفواكه والحليب أو حليب جوز الهند . أما بالنسبة لحلوى العيد فهو كعك بالمربى , لكن الذي يميز أهل أندونيسيا في شهر رمضان هو تكثيف الدروس الدينية للأطفال والكبار ,كما أنهم يهتمون بالأطفال الذين يبدؤون الصيام . فيجهزون لهم الهدايا في أول رمضان

The Elder Abuse media campaign included the production of an eye-opening and impactful audio-visual content including a video production to promote empathy and compassion for the elderly, and to illustrate some of the feedback we received from the guests and listeners.

Elder Safety, We Protect. 2MFM is launching an eye-opening media campaign that aims to help the community understand, prevent and respond to the various forms of elder abuse . Elder abuse is any act of causing harm to an older person, and it is usually carried out by someone they know and trust. Abuse is usually intentional. The harm caused to an older person may range from verbal harassment through to serious physical injury inflicted deliberately. Abuse can also include emotional harm and financial loss including the loss of a home and belongings. Other forms of Elder abuse include: sexual abuse, and neglect. No elderly person should be subjected to any form of abuse. The abuser may be: • a son or daughter • a grandchild • a partner • any other family member • a friend; or even • a neighbour. In the lead up to the school holidays, NSW Health is urging parents to be aware of the dangers of vaping among young people. NSW Chief Health Officer, Dr Kerry Chant said :"“Vapes contain dangerous ingredients which could cause irreversible damage to the health and development of young people. There is no such thing as a safe vape.” Health Minister Brad Hazzard said evidence shows that vaping is akin to breathing in the same harmful chemicals found in weedkiller and nail polish remover, dressed up in hundreds of flavours and bright colours to be attractive to kids. “The potential harm is enormous and we need to share this information with our kids,” Mr Hazzard said. Controversial 30 km/h speed limit SCRAPPED in busy Liverpool City Centre from January. In this epsiode, Nadia joins Mayor of Liverpool City Council, Mr Ned Mannoun who has strongly advocated for the speed camera and 30 km/h speed zone to be removed. With drownings up 15% compared to last year and 24% compared to the 10-year average, the need for a continued focus on learning to swim is imperative. However, sadly there is a barrier for parents enrolling their little ones in life-saving lessons with more than a quarter (27%) believing lessons are too expensive. لا يوجدُ كتابٌ في الدنيا أعزُّ على المسلم من كتابِ الله وليس هناك من كلامٍ أحَقُّ بالتعظيم والاحترامِ من كتابِ الله الذي هو كلامُه ُسبحانَه وتعالى والذي أنْزَلَهُ على نَبِيِّه مُحَمَّد. قال الله تعالى : (وأنْزَلْنا إلَيْكَ الذِّكرَ لتُبَيِّنَ للنِّاسِ ما نُزِّلَ إلَيْهِم) فَبَلَّغَهُ رَسولُ اللهِ كَما أَمَرَهُ رَبُّهُ وكانتْ هذهِ الـمُعْجِزَةُ الباقِيَةُ بِحِفْظِ اللهِ تَعالى . قالَ اللهُ تعالى : (إنّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنا الذِّكْرَ وإنَّا لَهُ لَحافِظون. ) في الحلقة الخامسة: تتكلم الحاجة فاتن في هذه الحلقة عن تفسير القرءان الكريم

The government of Pakistan has declared a state of emergency following the Flash floods triggered by heavy monsoon rains across much of the country. Pakistan's National Disaster Management Authority reported that the death toll from the ongoing disaster has reached 1,033 people after new fatalities were reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and southern Sindh provinces. Prime minister Shahbaz Sharif called upon the international community to help with the relief efforts particularly in the worst areas badly affected by heavy rain and flooding. Here in Australia, community organisations are running a flood relief appeal for the victims of floods in Pakistan. في العاشر من المحرم ، سنة إحدى وستين من الهجرة جرت حادثة مروعة مفجعة ومصيبة كبرى ألمت بالمسلمين ، إنها استشهاد سبط رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من ابنته فاطمة رضي الله عنها ، حين قتل على أيدي فئة ظالمة. والمسلمون هذه الأيام يغمرهم الحزن وهم يستذكرون استشهاد واحدا من سادات المسلمين وعلماء الصحابة ، العابد السخي ، الورع التقي، الإمام أبو عبد الله الحسين بن علي رحمه الله وجمعنا به في جنات النعيم تحت لواء جده المصطفى صلوات الله وسلامه عليه . وكما قالوا ونقول : الحسين مروءات الصبر والكرامة وإن استشهاده هو انتصار الدم على السيف. رحمه الله وأعلى في الجنة مقامه وجمعنا به تحت لواء سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم.

في العاشر من المحرم ، تاب الله على سيدنا ءادم بعد المعصية التي وقع فيه بأكله من الشجرة التي نهي عنها . وهي معصية صغيرة ليس فيها خسة وحصلت قبل أن يوحى إلى ءادم عليه السلام بالنبوة. فالأنبياء جميعهم معصومون من الوقوع في الكفر والكبائر وصغائر الخسة قبل النبوة وبعدها. وليعلم أن سيدنا ءادم تاب إلى الله تعالى فورا وتاب الله عليه . قال تعالى : وعصى ءادم ربه فغوى ثم اجتباه ربه فتاب عليه وهدى. سورة طه /121

في بداية العام الهجري، نتقدم بالتهنئة الى كافة المسلمين في استراليا وفي الخارج سائلين الله ان يعيد علينا هذه الذكرى بالخير واليمن والبركات وكل عام وأنتم بخير وعافية إن شاء الله تعالى. . عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ قَالَ: كَانَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَعَلَّمُونَ هَذَا الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا دَخَلَتِ السَّنَةُ أَوِ الشَّهْرُ: "اللَّهُمَّ أَدْخِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، وَرِضْوَانٍ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَجِوَارٍ (أيْ حِفْظٍ) مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ". At the beginning of the (lunar) Hijriy year the companions of the prophet Sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam used to recite the following supplication: ( Allahumma adkhilhu ^alayna bil Amni wal Imaan was-salaamati wal Islam. الأضحية سُنَّةٌ مؤكدة لمن قَدَرَ عليها (أي في حَقِّ المُوسِر) للحاج ولغير الحاج. . وقد شُرِعَت الأضحية في السنة الثانية للهجرة وأنزل الله تبارك وتعالى قوله: ﴿فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ﴾ سورة الكوثر. ورَوَى الإمامُ مسلمٌ في صحيحه أنَّ النبيَّ ﷺ ضَحَّى بكَبْشَينِ أَمْلَحَينِ أَقْرَنَينِ ذَبحَهُمَا بيدِه وسَمَّى وكَبَّرَ. الأملحُ: الأبيضُ. والأَقْرَنُ: الكَبْشُ الذي له قرنانِ معتدلان. نصيحة مهمة توردها الحاجة فاتن الدنا ، إنها تذكير بوصية رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لمن أراد ان يقدم أضحية في هذه الأيام المباركة . أخلصوا النية لله واستمعوا الى هذا الفيديو. قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ وَأَتْبَعَهُ سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ، كَانَ كَصِيَامِ الدَّهْر". رواه مسلم. قال النووي في شرح صحيح مسلم: قال العلماء: وإنما كان ذلك كصيام الدهر لأن الحسنة بعشر أمثالها، فرمضان بعشرة أشهر والستة بشهرين. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said what means: “Whoever fasts the month of Ramadan, and follows it up with fasting six days of Shawwal, it is as though he has fasted the whole year.” (narrated by Imam Muslim)

الصدقة والإنفاق في وجوه الخير بعد رمضان فضلُّ الصدقة في الإسلام عظيم وسرها كبير لمن أخلص النية لله تعالى . قال عليه الصلاة والسلام : لأن يَتَصَدقَ المَرْءُ في حياتِه ِبِدرهم خَيْرٌ لهُ مِنْ أنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِمائةٍ عِنْدَ مَوْتِه . وقال عليه الصلاة والسلام : ما نقصت صدقة من مال. رواه مسلم وفقنا الله وإياكم للتصدق وتقبل الله منا ومنكم الطاعات . الحاجة فاتن الدنا .

ولنا في رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اسوة حسنة في تحمل الاذى والصبر على اذى الناس. سنكلمكم في هذه الحلقة عن صبر الرسول الأعظم على اذى قريش له وعلى غير ذلك من امور. رزقنا الله حسن الاقتداء به صلى الله عليه وسلم .

معجزة أخرى عظيمة من معجزات نبينا الأعظم صلى الله عليه وسلم تحدثكم عنها الحاجة فاتن الدنا. إنها معجزة انقياد الشجر له ، عليه الصلاة والسلام .

إذا كان الرسول ﷺ نعمة أنعم الله به علينا فإنه حريٌ بنا حينما نتذكر النعمة أن نتذكر المنعم بها ونشكره عليها. وهذا الشكر يستوجب منا أن نتمسك بكتاب الله تعالى وسنة رسول الله ﷺ مصدقاً لقوله تعالى: { لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو اللهَ وَالْيَوْمَ الآخِرَ} (سورة الأحزاب /آية 21). فما أعظم هذه النعمة وما أعظمك يا رسول الله وقد منحك الله سبحانه من كمالات الدنيا والآخرة ما لم يمنحه غيرك من قبلك أو بعدك. في هذه السلسة من الحلقات تنقل لكم الحاجة فاتن الدنا بعضا من عظيم شمائله وأخلاقه، صلى الله عليه وسلم. نسأل الله ان يرزقنا حسن الاقتداء به، صلى الله عليه وسلم.
