Unlock Your Psychic Potential: Exploring the Clair Senses with Gaby Azorsky

Everyone has the ability to access psychic capacities should they choose. Gaby Azorsky calls on her psychic gifts across her work as a healing arts practitioner and medicine woman, weaving together Reiki, meditation, clairvoyance, and folk herbalism. Today, Gaby shares how living by her intuition has changed her life, ways to build a sacred practice, and an invitation to access your psychic potential.  We begin with a tarot pull. The tarot mirrors what we’re currently experiencing and can provide fresh perspectives on that experience. We each describe how we interpret the tarot’s messages. Gaby shares her story of learning to tune in, a journey beautifully supported by her tarot, meditation, reiki, and altar work practices. Gaby explains how her practices often shift according to the month or season, but meditating in some way remains constant. An altar practice can symbolize a daily devotion to dreams, Goddess, or anything else in your practice. Soft Business Strategies and The Philosophy of Rest with Emmie Rae

Moving through the world without force, effort, and struggle goes against what modern society teaches most of us to believe. Emmie Rae of The Daily Rest Studio (TDR Studio) specializes in helping people embrace doing less to bring more ease into their lives and businesses. Today, Emmie shares her philosophy of rest, which includes yoga, writing, nature, human design, and one that I personally struggle with, doing nothing. If you’re working to integrate more rest into your daily life, Emmie suggests using your wellness tools most days to remove the rigid pressure of being perfect. Challenge yourself not to take in any stimulus for at least 5 minutes. The challenge of these “do nothing” practices is that we don’t get the dopamine hits that our brains crave. By releasing the grip of control, you truly work smarter and not harder in all areas of life. Emmie shares her process of working according to her energy and exactly where on the human design chart to look for structure versus non-structure insight.  As entrepreneurs, sometimes we need reminding that we created our businesses to give ourselves more freedom in life. Emmie and I discuss how the planets correspond with the days of the week and why knowing them matters. Being sensitive to these subtle energies and subtle energy in general is a superpower. To be sensitive means you have the power to alchemize your feelings into your work.  Emmie’s approach to business resonates with me so deeply. She runs a soft business, one without a strategy, customer avatars, or the marketing-speak we’ve been told we need to adopt. The key to making these choices is knowing yourself. Then you know what works best, and you’re able to be open with your team. We wrap up by discussing Emmie’s relationship with Tokyo and what life is like in her adopted city. Emmie is a genuine beacon of light, reminding us to trust our way and to trust that the parts of us deliver messages. Cleansing and Detox From Deep Within with Meghan Swidler

You are more than what you eat. You are actually a combination of what you eat, assimilate, digest, and eliminate. Today, Holistic Health and Detox coach Meghan Swidler shares her wealth of knowledge about healing, cleansing, and detoxing. We explore how to access the elimination pathways, different types of cleanses, and how to effectively prepare for one. Having an expert guide alongside you throughout the process is deeply important because everyone’s health is unique. I highly recommend working with Meghan on your healing journey, and her latest book, From Deep Within, is a great place to start.  Industrialization changed our bodies and our world in permanent ways. The reality is our environment is toxic and burdening our systems. Our bodies are left trying to detox material that they were never meant to detox, like microplastics and pesticides, and this accumulation of waste is incredibly harmful. Cleansing our bodies has never been a more vital step to combat this and achieve a healthy state. While what we eat is so important to our health, what we eliminate is too. This is where Meghan’s expertise comes in.  Meghan realized she wanted to help others heal their bodies and upgrade their lives after going through her health journey to combat skin issues, fatigue, and more. Meghan shares that there are two stages to preparing the body for colonics and enemas: the awakening and the release. First, you awaken the built-up matter in your system via the food you eat and then release the obstruction that prevents flow. Often, people want to jump straight into a cleanse, but the food you eat in preparation is a key step. Eating more real, whole, unprocessed foods is always the best way to prepare for a cleanse as well as to nourish your body every day.  Some people may find that they are eating super clean but not achieving results. Meghan shares that this may be an indicator of toxic thoughts and a harmful emotional state. Food, movement, sleep, and stress management are the four pills of a healthy life. It's easy to optimize the already good areas, such as food, but not the other weak pillars. The beauty of the cleansing process is that it brings a lot of awareness to the reality of how we are living.  We agree that clearing our vessel is a fantastic way to increase intuition. Too often we try to find external solutions for our health when, in reality, our bodies are self-healing and regenerating under the right conditions. Charlie is a multidisciplinary artist dedicated to connecting humanity back to their purist selves through her creative work. Body Literacy, Menstrual Health, and Natural Medicine with Chelsea Leyland

When there’s no education alongside information, how can informed decisions be made? Chelsea shares her experience with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy and how she found cannabidiol to help ease her pain and symptoms. After a later-in-life endometriosis diagnosis, Chelsea began to navigate ways to find healing and ease her pain. Chelsea and I discuss our connection to pain, allopathic vs. naturopathic forms of healing, and how having a “healing toolbox” is powerful for supporting and honoring both our menstrual cycles and the cycles throughout life.  We can all take steps toward a more holistic, nurturing approach to our bodies, starting with grounding practices to help regulate the nervous system and bring inflammation down. I’m joined by Nadine Artemis on this episode.
