Dividing his practice between the high value commercial and international arbitration cases and pro bono human rights work, Brendan helps people who are struggling with debt come to agreements with their lenders and financial institutions as well as getting a fair deal that satisfies both sides of the arbitration. Brendan talks about how many in Ireland have debt issues and often there is something that can be done to relieve much of the difficulty.
